IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY WAY IN ANY RALLY ("THE RALLY") THE PERSONS LISTED
IN THIS RALLY REGISTRATION AND WHOSE SIGNATURE IS CONTAINED WITHIN, HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. I understand and agree that, although I have been supplied with certain information on the prescribed Rally route, the nature of the
Rally does not permit me to inspect the route or any portion of the route or the immediate adjacent areas thereof with which I may come
into contact during the Rally prior to my participating in the Rally. I further understand that as a car owner, driver and participant, it is my
obligation and responsibility to comply with state, local and all applicable laws and regulations. I agree to such terms and I accept total
responsibility for compliance. I alone assume all liability for any of my direct or consequential actions and I understand and agree that, if
at any time, I feel anything to be UNSAFE, I will immediately take all necessary precautions to avoid the unsafe area and REFUSE TO
PARCTICIPATE further in the Rally. I understand that no one implied or promised to provide any coverage for any damage or injury
incurred while participating nor will I hold anyone participating or associated with the rally liable for such damage or injury.
2. I understand that:
A. Participation in the Rally involves applying vinyl decals to my vehicle. I understand and accept any risk of possibility that the decals
may remove paint during removal.
B. Participation in the Rally involves RISKS AND DANGERS, as does any vehicular activity, such as but not limited to serious BODILY
INJURY, including PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH ("RISKS").
C. The SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES and/or damages which could result from those risks will be my responsibility and COULD
BE SEVERE.
D. These risks and damages may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the rules of the rally,
the condition and layout of the prescribed route, or THE NEGLEGENCE OF THE RELEASEES NAMED in my Rally registration form
contained herein.
E. There may be OTHER RISKS NOT KNOWN TO ME or that are not readily foreseeable at this time.
F. My participation in the Rally is voluntary and I alone assume any risk associated with such activity.
PARTICIPATION IN THE RALLY SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DISABILITY, PARALYSIS OR DEATH,
EVEN IF CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLEGENCE OF THE RELEASEES NAMED IN MY RALLY REGISTRATION
FORM CONTAINED HEREIN.
4. I HEREBY DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the promoters, participants, sponsor and advertisers, all for the purposes
herein referred to as Releasees, FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his personal representative, assigns, heirs and next
of kin FOR ANY REASON AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY
TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE
EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
